It really just tasted like Chocolate. Could barely taste the pistachio.

The chocolate was delicious. It was dark but yet surprisingly creamy and full of rich chocolatly goodness. The filling texture was nice, crunchy and unique, but unfortunately it had zero flavor. Almost like crunching on unsalted butter. It was oily and other than the crunch there was no flavor, not sure if something was left out of the mixture, like the pistachio flavoring. We were excited but unfortunately this was not for us, especially for almost $30. I would purchase chocolate from them again, but not this particular bar.
